Changes to my study programme
write about any change that can be made in my study program as a first-year student and that her first year was in pandemic and online, it is difficult, but I will talk about my little and short university experience.
I haven`t finished my first year, but in my first semester I found some courses very theoretical, if I had to change something it would be that they were more practical, I am not a big fan of CFGs, I do not like the idea that they are compulsory and that it is so difficult to take these courses, any person who i asked, they could not take a CFG because they were rejected, and it would be great if they were volunteers, so that Students do these activities for fun and to disconnect from academics and not just to collect the credits required by the university.
I can't talk much about faculty facilities, like buildings and infrastructure, it's been two weeks since I started with face-to-face classes, but it looks pretty decent.
On the workload and length studies, the university on this subject is very different from the school, it is much more intense and demanding, in my opinion it has been good although there are weeks in which it is full of evaluations.
about teaching methods, I think it could be better, there are some teachers who only speak and it is like a monologue, but I also empathize with them, since nobody was prepared to teach online and that through zooming it is more difficult to be dynamic and interactive.
The use of technology has saved us, without it, we would not have been able to have classes and these almost two years of pandemic would have been three times as complicated.
Hi rocio! I find it very interesting what you propose about cfg.
ResponderEliminarHi Rocio!
ResponderEliminarThe CFG'S are very interesting subjects to develop different skills; however, as you mentioned, it would be better if they were optional and not compulsory, since there are students who are forced to take courses that they do not want.
Greetings!
